  • Potato - 1
  • Beans - 4
  • Channa dal - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Red chilli - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Aloo Beans

  • Boil potato and channa dal
  • Boil beans in microwave for 7 min
  • Take 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and jeera then add curry leaves and red chilli.
  • Add onions, fry till transparent
  • Add beans, channa dal, potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Fry for 5 min and serve.
