  • Potato -10
  • Cheese - 200 gm
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • 75 gm - black raisins

How to Make Aloo Cheese Cutlets

  • Boil and mash the potatoes and keep it aside.
  • Grate the cheese, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped black raisins and mashed potatoes.
  • Make medium size balls. Take a bowl and make a thick batter with the corn flour.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Dip the potato balls in the batter, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
