  • 15 - potato chips per person
  • 1 bowl - plain yoghurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 sp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 sp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - jeera
  • chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

How to Make Aloo Chips Chaat

  • Arrange the chips one by one on a serving plate.
  • Add salt to the yoghurt and spread on the chips.
  • Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli powder, fresh coriander leaves and jeera.
  • Serve immediately before the chips get soggy.
