Ingredients

  • 1/2 - medium size cauliflower cut into thin flowerets
  • 1 - potato peeled and cut as thin fries
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tbsp - poppy seeds
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped in length
  • 2 - green chillies slit lengthwise
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Aloo Gobi Fry with Eggs

  • Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and turmeric.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove cover, add onion.
  • Cook till all vegetables turn tender.
  • Add chillies and poppy seeds.
  • Make space in the middle of the pan.
  • Break the egg into the centre and mix it with other ingredients.
  • Fry for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
