Ingredients

  • 500 gms - flour (maida)
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup - ground sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - aniseed (saunf), pounded finely
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ghee for frying

How to Make Aloo ki puris

  • Knead all ingredients together (except ghee), adding water to make a firm dough.
  • Make into small balls and roll out 10 cm. discs.
  • Deep fry in hot ghee.
  • Drain well and serve with seb ki chutney
