Ingredients

  • 6 - small potatoes
  • Frozen peas, a handful
  • Frozen corn, a handful
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder, as per your taste
  • 1 tsp - coriander seed powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - kitchen masala
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder, a pinch
  • 1 tsp - ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 - green chilli chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp - spring onions (optional), chopped
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Aloo mutter Tikki

  • Pressure cook potatoes and mash them. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Make small balls and flatten them.
  • Heat oil in a wide pan, place the patties and fry on both sides till golden brown.
  • Enjoy with ketchup.
