Ingredients

  • 1 potato (medium sized)
  • 1.5 cups - wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - curd
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Poori

  • Boil and peel the potato and smash it well. Add all other items, if required add water and make a soft dough. Keep it a side for 1 hour.
  • Make small balls out of it and roll it.
  • Deep fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with different sauces/chutneys.
