  • 2 potatoes - peeled and grated
  • 1 bunch - washed and finely chopped spinach
  • 2-3 - green chillies cut into pieces
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1/2 cup - maida
  • 4-5 tsp - corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - rice flour (coarse)
  • 4-5 tsp - rice semiya or vermicelli
  • 3-4 tsp - curd
  • pinch of baking powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Spinach pancakes

  • Mix all the ingredients by adding water.
  • Heat a pan and drizzle some oil. Take a ladle of this batter and spread it on the pan. Cover it with a lid and cook.
  • When it turns red, turn over the pancake and cook on the other side without the lid.
  • Serve with mango pickle.
