A delicious combo of potato and tomato that makes a perfect side dish for your pooris or chapathis. Aloo Tamatar Sabzi is a crowd favourite side dish that is very easy to make. The tomatoes and potatoes are cooked finely with a mix of yummy ingredients and masalas - mustard,green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add lemon juice at last and garnish with coriander leaves for an added taste.
This recipe does not include onions and you can add them if you want to. You can add water while cooking if the sabzi is too thick. Serve this delicious sabzi for your parathas, pooris and chapathis.
