Ingredients

  • 250g - potato
  • 15g - green chillies (chopped)
  • 20g - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 5g - garam masala powder
  • 2.5g - red chilli powder
  • Refined oil for shallow fry

How to Make Aloo Tikki with coriander

  • Boil potato, mash it together with chopped green chillies and coriander.
  • Mix in all the other ingredients and then divide the mix into eight balls and press between palms.
  • Place on pre-heated iron plate and shallow fry.
  • Best served hot with whipped curd and sweet chutney.
