Ingredients

  • 100 gms - boiled potato
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped green chillies
  • A pinch of tartaric acid
  • 1.5 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - maida
  • 1 tbsp - mint leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - creamy spread cheesy, garlic flavoured
  • 40g - Besan sev for coating

How to Make Aloo Tikki with mint

  • Peel, grate and boil potatoes.
  • With the boiled potatoes, add all ingredients except sev and cheesy garlic.
  • Mix well and make dough.
  • Make round patties and grill on a hot tava till red and crisp on both sides.
  • Place the hot patties on a dish and pour cheesy garlic on top and sprinkle sev and coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
