Ingredients

  • 20 - Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander
  • 12 flakes - garlic
  • 12 - Pepper corns
  • 1 " - Turmeric
  • 1 - Onion, minced
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 2 - Onions
  • 8 - Green chillies
  • 1 " - Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 20 - Sardines.

How to Make Ambshi Tikshi Kadi - Fish

  • Grind the fresh ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside.
  • The grind the dry ingredients into a masala and keep aside.
  • Mix the paste and the masala in vinegar, add water to it and boil the curry.
  • Then add the fish and some salt to taste.
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes, until the fish is cooked.
  • Let the fish remain in the curry for some time.
  • Serve with rice.
