  • 1 pint - milk
  • 180 g - grated cheese
  • 60 g - fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 15 g - butter
  • salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander

How to Make American Cheese Pudding

  • Heat the milk and pour it over the breadcrumbs.
  • Soak for about 30 mins, then add the beaten egg, most of the cheese, salt, pepper and butter.
  • Divide into small pieces.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a mode oven for 45 mins until golden brown.
