Ingredients

  • 250 g - amla
  • 5 to 6 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - hing powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Amla Chutney

  • Pressure cook the amlas; de-seed and cool.
  • Grind the amlas with green chillies, hing powder and salt to a paste.
  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • When they start to splutter, add the ground paste and mix well for two-three minutes.
  • Can be stored for 8-10 days.
  • Great with curd rice.
