Ingredients

  • 2 cups - amla pieces
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - methi powder
  • 2 tsp - mustard powder
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 5 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard
  • 1 - lemon
  • A pinch of hing powder

How to Make Amla Quick Chutney

  • Heat the oil.
  • Put mustard, hing, methi powder and turmeric.
  • When they splutter, add amla pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • To this add chilli powder, mustard powder and salt.
  • Preserve in container after cooling.
  • Amla chutney is ready and can be used with rice, rotis or dosas.
