  • Amla - 2
  • Green chillies - 1
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Curd - 4 tbsp

How to Make Amla Raita

  • Boil amla in little water or you can even keep it in cooker.
  • Grind the cooked amla with green chillies, ginger, coriander and salt.
  • Add curd and serve
