  • 250g - amrood (guava)
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g - green coriander
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 lemon - juice
  • 3-4 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Amrood ki chutney

  • Wash and de-seed amrood.
  • Wash and cut green coriander.
  • Grind all the ingredients in mixer and eat as an accompaniment with any snacks.
