Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 4 - Onions
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut
  • Butter
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - Garam masala
  • 3 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Andhra Chicken

  • Heat butter in a pan, add the onions. When the onions are golden brown, add tomato and fry.
  • Grind the coconut finely and add it in the pan.
  • Now add chicken and mix well.
  • Add the garam masala, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and fry nicely.
  • Pour a little water and allow the chicken to cook well.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
