Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - maida
  • 1/2 cup - sooji
  • 1/2 cup- rice flour
  • 3 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 tsp - hot oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Apacchi

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Take a handful at a time and mix with water to make dough.
  • Then flatten it with your palm and deep fry.
  • Repeat again with the rest of the dough.
  • Serve warm.
