  • 50 g - dried mango powder (amchoor)
  • 2 tbsp - cumin
  • 9 tbsp - crushed sugar powder
  • 1 - medium lime
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Appetising Jeera Goli

  • Add jeera to a pan and cook on medium heat.
  • Once jeera is dark red, crush it finely in a mixer.
  • Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
  • Mix the remaining sugar, lime juice, jeera powder, dried mango powder and salt together.
  • Make small balls and roll them in the sugar. Then put them on a paper napkin and dry for 1.5 hours in the sun.
