  • Golden apple, diced - 1
  • Firm, ripe bananas - 2
  • Paneer, diced - 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies - 2
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin seed powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted groundnuts - 1 tbsp

How to Make Apple and Banana Salad

  • Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai.
  • When heated, add the red chillies, cumin seed powder and fry.
  • Now add the apples, diced bananas, diced paneer and quickly toss for 2 mins.
  • Add salt and sugar.
  • Take off the heat and transfer contents to the serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle coriander seeds and roasted groundnuts and serve.
