  • 1/2 - apple grated
  • 1 - Sweet Potato (washed, peeled and cooked)
  • 4 Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 Cup (Chopped) - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt - as needed
  • 8 leaves (Chopped) - Mint
  • Coriander -a small quantity
  • Oil

How to Make Apple and Sweet Potato Cutlet

  • Mix grated apple and cooked sweet potato.
  • Soak bread pieces in water for a minute. Completely squeeze the water. Mix with apple and sweet potato mixture.
  • Add chopped onion, mint leaves, coriander, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and make to chapathi dough consistency.
  • Make any desired shape.
  • Heat dosa pan and place the cutlets.
  • Add a few drops of oil and cook on medium the flame till it becomes crispy.
  • After 5 to 10 minutes, turn slowly to the other side. Cook till that side becomes crispy.
  • Serve hot with any sauce.
