  • 2 - Apples
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon power

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Jam

  • Peel the apples and cut into pieces.
  • Boil it for 3- 5 minutes till apples are softened and mash well.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice to it.
  • Leave it to boil for 8-10 minutes or till dry.
  • Add cinnamon powder to it and mix well.
  • Once it comes to a room temperature, transfers to a sterilised jar.
