  • 5 - dried apricots, soaked overnight
  • 2 - ginger biscuits or cookies, crushed lightly
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 scoops - vanilla ice-cream
  • 200 ml - chillid milk

How to Make Apricot Gingerly Smoothie

  • Wash and chop apricots. Run biscuits in mixie, till powdered.
  • Add apricots, sugar, and half cup milk.
  • Run till smooth, add ice cream and remaining milk.
  • Run again till smooth and frothy.
  • Pour and serve immediately.
