  • 185 g - apricot nectar
  • 3 tbsp - plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp - honey
  • 6 ice cubes

How to Make Apricot Health Drink

  • Put cottage cheese, honey and yoghurt in a blender, blend on medium speed until smooth.
  • Gradually add apricot nectar, blend until combined.
  • Add ice cubes, blend for a further 1 minute.
