  • 8 - dried apricots
  • 3 tbsp - honey
  • 500 ml - fresh orange juice
  • 3 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Crushed ice as required

How to Make Apricot nectar

  • Boil apricots with 3/4 cup of water in a small saucepan.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add honey and cook for another five minutes.
  • Remove from fire, cool and blend along with orange juice and lemon juice till smooth. Strain.
  • Pour in tall glasses and serve topped with crushed ice.
