  • 4 - kobus (Lebanese bread)
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 3 tbsp - hummus (from any Lebanese supermarket)
  • 1 tsp - tahini (from any Lebanese supermarket)
  • 1/2 cup - olives green/black for garnish
  • 1 - medium green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - lime juice
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Arabic Breakfast

  • Dip:
  • In a plate, spread hummus mixed with tahini and pour olive oil over it to glaze it.
  • Spread a few black or green olives over the hummus.
  • Garnish with a crushed green chilly, pour a little lime juice for taste, and sprinkle some salt to taste.
  • This can be used like a dip, and eaten with khobus.
