  • Colocasia - 250 g
  • Mustard seeds (white) - 3 tsp, soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water for 20 minutes
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Mustard oil - 2 tsp.

How to Make Arbi With Mustard Masala

  • Boil the colocasia and when cool mash it.
  • Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds, green chillies and salt.
  • Mix them with colocasia and oil. Serve hot.
