Ingredients

  • 8 - arvi, small
  • 1/2 tsp -mustard
  • 1/2 tsp- cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp- turmeric powder
  • a few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp - lemon (squeezed)
  • a pinch of hing
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Arvi Ki Sabji

  • Boil the arvi till cooked (not very soft). Cool it and peel the skin and cut it.
  • Heat oil, add hing, mustard, cumin seeds, ajwain, curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and then arvi. Fry for some time.
  • When done add the lemon Juice.
  • Serve hot with puri or chappati.
