Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 25 ml - garlic, chopped
  • 25 ml - sugar
  • 80 ml - tomato sauce
  • 80 ml - chilli sauce
  • 10 ml - soy sauce
  • 10 ml - oyster sauce
  • 80 ml - water
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • lettuce leaves
  • sliced tomatoes

How to Make Asian Style Fried Chicken Wings

  • Deep fry chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Add all the sauces, water, sesame seeds and chicken wings.
  • Continue to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
