Ingredients

  • 250 g - asparagus chopped into small pieces
  • 250 g - mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp - chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp - ginger chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp -chillies powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Asparagus And Mushrooms Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the spring onions and chopped ginger for a few minutes.
  • Add the asparagus and mushrooms and stir fry for 2 or 3 mins.
  • Add the chilli powder, pepper, salt and a little water and simmer till the asparagus and mushrooms are tender.
  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve as a side dish.
