Ingredients

  • Chow-chow - 1
  • 1 - medium size carrot
  • 10 - green beans
  • 1 - small potato
  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1/2 packet - tofu
  • 1/2 tsp - rice
  • 4 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Curry leaves - a few

How to Make Aviyal with Tofu

  • Cut all the vegetables into 1.5 inch strips.
  • Cook them with salt till tender.
  • Blend rice, chilli, cumin, tofu and the yogurt one after another to a smooth mixture.
  • Add to the vegetables and bring to one boil and remove from the stove. Add curry leaves and stir.
  • Serve
