Ingredients

  • chow-chow - 1
  • 1 - medium size carrot
  • 10 - green beans
  • 1 - small potato
  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1/2 packet - tofu
  • 1/2 tsp - rice
  • 4 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Curry leaves - a few

How to Make Avocado-coconut curry

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the ginger paste for 2 minutes.
  • Add the onions and tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  • Now add the diced carrots and avocado to it. Add the turmeric, coriander and red chillies
  • Then add 1 cup of water so that it softens completely.
  • Now add the coconut milk and salt to taste.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot.
