Ingredients

  • 500 g - baby corn
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - green chilli sauce
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Babycorn Fritters

  • Wash the baby corns and cut them into half inch pieces.
  • Boil the pieces in a little water for 5 mins and drain water.
  • Mix the baby corn with the garlic paste, red chilli powder, green chilli sauce, egg yolks, corn flour, refined flour and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the baby corn a little at a time till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
