Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Frozen vegetables mix (green peas, corn, carrot, beans)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Oil as required

How to Make Bachelor Bhaji

  • Pressure cook potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions and green chillies and stir fry them.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add all vegetables and water as required.
  • If you want it dry, do not add water.
  • Serve with rice or rotis.
