  • Brinjals - 4 medium sized
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Black gram - 2 tsp.
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp.
  • Bengal gram - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Badnekai Gojju

  • Pressure cook brinjals with a little bit of salt and mash them.
  • To it blend add the green chillies, garam masala powder and the coriander leaves.
  • Add the curd and salt and set aside for at least an hour.
  • Finally season it with the black gram and Bengal gram.
