  • 1 - medium onion
  • Coconut - 1, grated
  • To grind:
  • 1 lemon size - tamarind
  • 1/2 pods - garlic
  • 1 inch piece - turmeric
  • 1 pinch - mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • 6 - chillies

How to Make Bafat Masala Paste

  • Extract 1st and 2nd coconut milk.
  • Grind the ingredients for the masala.
  • Fry the onion and masala in ghee.
  • Add 2nd coconut extract to it and when it boils, add the 1 extract.
  • The masala is ready.
