  • Yoghurt (Dahi) - 1 cup
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - one stalk
  • Garlic - three flakes
  • Cooking oil - one tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Baghara Dahi

  • In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil. Heat for two minutes.
  • Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
  • Fry for a while.
  • Then add yoghurt and stir it well for two minutes.
  • Put salt to taste. Switch off the fire.
