Ingredients

  • 6-7 - large tomatoes
  • 1 cup - freshly made paneer
  • 1/2 cup - chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • Few springs of coriander, chopped

How to Make Baked Tomatoes with Cottage Cheese stuffing

  • Mix all the ingredients, except tomatoes, and mash to form a smooth mixture.
  • Scoop all the seeds out of the tomatoes and fill with stuffing.
  • Cut the tomatoes from the bottom to let them stand firm.
  • Bake on 180 degree C for 10-12 mins.
  • Serve hot.
