  • Potatoes -225 g
  • Beans -115 g
  • Broad Beans -225 g
  • Tomatoes -225 g
  • Carrot -115 g
  • Onion -115 g
  • Fat -50 g
  • Coriander leaves -1/4 bunch
  • Pomegranate seeds - 5 g
  • Chilli powder-10 g
  • Coriander powder- 5 g
  • Turmeric -A pinch
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bakka Vegetables

  • Prepare vegatables- Blanch tomatoes, Slice onions.
  • Fry sliced onions. Add spices and fry well. Add vegetables except tomatoes.
  • Add salt and water and cook. When vegatables are half done, add tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
  • Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
