Ingredients

  • 2 - raw bananas
  • 50 g - sweet corn
  • 1 tsp - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - anardana powder
  • salt
  • oil

How to Make Banana Corn Vada

  • Boil the bananas and sweet corn.
  • Remove the water and mash with hand to a smooth paste.
  • Add the spices, salt, rice flour, cheese and coriander leaves.
  • Make vadas.
  • Deep fry it.
  • Enjoy with any chutney.
