  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1 - ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - refined oil
  • 1/2 tsp - cooking soda

How to Make Banana Muffins

  • Mix the cooking soda with maida and keep aside.
  • In another bowl, mash banana with sugar.
  • Add oil and maida, and mix well.
  • Then pour the mixture in to a muffin pan and bake it in the oven at 250 or 300 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
