  • 3 - raw bananas (peel)
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 6 - 7 - garlic
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - kalonji
  • haldi
  • salt

How to Make Banana Peel Chutney

  • Boil the peels. Grind along with green chillies, garlic, salt and haldi.
  • Heat oil. Fry the kalonji.
  • Add the paste and fry till all the moisture is evaporates.
  • Serve with paratha.
  • It can also be eaten as a spread on sandwiches.
