  • 2 - ripe bananas
  • 1 cup - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1 to 2 - lemon drops
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • ¼ tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt (optional)

How to Make Banana Raita

  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Beat the curds.
  • Add the banana slices after putting a few drops of lemon juice on them.
  • Put all the masalas. Mix well.
  • If desired add a pinch of salt.
