Ingredients

  • 6 -bananas (should be firm but ripe)
  • 2 cups - yogurt (beaten)
  • 6 tbsp - honey
  • 2 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 8 to 10 - ice cubes (crushed)
  • 8 to 10 -fresh mint leaves

How to Make Banana Smoothie

  • Cut the banana into roundels.
  • Sprinkle the sugar and mix gently.
  • In a blender add all the ingredients except mint leaves and blend till smooth.
  • Serve in tall glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
