  • 1 cup- wheat flour
  • 2- bananas
  • 1.75 cups - sugar
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp - orange juice
  • Almonds, to garnish

How to Make Banana wheat muffins

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the oil and sugar.
  • Mix them well with a blender, or if you are doing it manually, make sure you mix this in one direction alone ( either clockwise or anti-clockwise).
  • Add the wheat flour.
  • Smash the bananas and add them to the mix and mix well.
  • Add the egg and beat well together.
  • Finally add the orange juice.
  • Give nearly 75 strokes.
  • Pour this mixture in a muffin tray.
  • Place sliced almonds on the top or toppings of your choice.
  • Pre-heat the electric oven at 350 F and now place the muffin tray inside the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Muffins ready!
