Ingredients

  • 4 - boiled eggs
  • 3 cup - basmati rice
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - clove-cinnamon powder mixture
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin

How to Make Basic Egg Biryani

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the cumin, ginger and garlic paste.
  • Fry for a short while.
  • Add the chopped onion, fry till oil separates
  • Add spices - clove, cinnamon powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
  • Mix in the rice and the eggs
  • Ready to serve
