Ingredients

  • 4 - egg
  • 4 tsp - butter (1 tsp for each omelette)
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Basic Omelette

  • Beat the eggs till frothy.
  • Add remaining ingredients except butter. Mix well.
  • Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture. Cook on low flame till bottom is golden brown.
  • Turn the omelette and let the other side cook till light brown.
  • Remove from the fire and serve hot.
