Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 5 clove - garlic finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 4 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 500 g - chicken wings
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - honey
  • 1 tsp -lime juice
  • 1 bunch - coarsely chopped basil leaves

How to Make Basil Chicken

  • Warm the oil and fry the garlic till golden brown, add in green chillies, sort it for few minutes. Add in onions fry till they are transparent.
  • Then put in chicken and salt fry for a while. Cook them in low heat so that it becomes soft and water still remains. Fry till they become light brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Finally add honey, lime juice and chopped basil leaves. Stir fry for 30 to 40 sec. Serve.
