  • Chicken wings - 8
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1, lightly beaten
  • Celery stalk - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 tsp, minced
  • Red chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Batter Fried Chicken Wings

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken wings and oil.
  • Add enough water to make a batter of coating consistency.
  • Dip chicken wings in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Serve with garlic dip.
